Sussex Police are urgently seeking witnesses and are on the lookout for a potential victim following an alleged assault on Brighton’s seafront.
A disturbance was reported to have occurred on Madeira Drive, Brighton, during the early hours of Sunday, August 27, specifically near the Madeira Drive Colonnade on the lower promenade.
A local 25-year-old man has been taken into custody on the grounds of suspected wounding with intent and is currently being held.
Investigators are eager to identify and speak to a man believed to have been harmed in the confrontation. They also hope to gather statements from any witnesses or individuals with knowledge of the incident.
