Joseph Eubank, Charged with Two Counts of Rape in Brighton

Brighton authorities have formally charged a man with two rape counts stemming from an incident in July 2022.

A minor reported a rape incident by a man in the vicinity of Brighton Pier on the evening of Friday, July 16.

Specialist officers provided support to the victim as an investigation commenced.

Joseph Eubank, a 27-year-old resident of Hill Drive in Hove, was apprehended and later charged with two instances of raping a woman above the age of 16.

Eubank has been granted conditional bail and is scheduled to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on January 11, 2024.
