Man Charged with Multiple Burglaries and Fraud in Brighton

Multiple Houses Targeted Across Brighton

A 59-year-old man has been charged with a series of offences in Brighton, including multiple burglaries and fraud.

Paul Flint, of Penhurst Place, Brighton, is accused of attempting to break into a house on Whitehawk Road on 5 January, as well as burglarizing a property in Bristol Mews between 3 and 6 January. He is also charged with a burglary at a house on Findon Road on 5 January and committing fraud by using a stolen bank card on Whitehawk Road the same day.

Flint was arrested and charged following investigations and appeared before Brighton Magistrates’ Court on 8 January. He was remanded in custody and is scheduled for a plea hearing on 5 February at a court yet to be determined.

The charges form part of an ongoing investigation into property-related offences in the Brighton area.
