Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a collision involving an e-scooter and a Range Rover in Brighton. The incident occurred at approximately 6:50 pm on Thursday, June 29, on New England Street near the junction with Elder Place.
The 19-year-old rider of the e-scooter, who is from Brighton, suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital. According to police he remains in hospital a serious condition.
Officers are urging anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has relevant CCTV or dashcam footage of the vehicles involved to come forward. Information can be reported to Sussex Police online or by emailing collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk and quoting Operation Goodrich.
