Emergency services, including two helicopters swarm to Sunday evening incident at Beachy Head

This Sunday evening (13th August) at around 17:45, emergency services swarmed to an incident near Beachy Head, Eastbourne.

Two helicopters were present, one operated by Air Ambulance Charity Kent Surrey Sussex (KSS) and the other by the Coastguard (CG167).

Also seen at the scene were an ambulance crew, multiple units from Sussex Police alongside Coastguard mobile units.

At this time, the nature of the incident has not been made public.

The Coastguard has been approached for comment.
