Person stuck on Galley Hill Cliff in Bexhill rescued

In the early hours of this morning, the Hastings Coastguard team responded to a distress call, collaborating with HM Coastguard, Hastings East Sussex Fire and Rescue, South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust, and Sussex Police.

The call reported an individual stranded on a cliff near Galley Hill in Bexhill. The coastguard specialized rope teams promptly located and successfully rescued the person, transferring them into the capable hands of the Ambulance Service for further care.
