A spokesperson for Newhaven Lifeboat said “It was a great fun welcoming event, replete with hot tea and delicious bakes, and another fine example of how the spirited, safety-conscious Seaford Mermaids bring people together with positive vibes.”

“This is the third consecutive year of fundraising by the swimmers for the RNLI, raising a total of over £20,000 since November 2020.”

“Thank you!”
