Body of woman found on Seaford Beach

On Saturday, July 29th, at 9.10pm, Sussex Police responded to a call from a member of the public who had discovered the body of a woman on the beach in Seaford.

A Sussex Police spokesperson stated that “The death is not currently being treated as suspicious but enquiries are ongoing to identify the woman. A file will also be prepared for HM Coroner.”

An eyewitness told Sussex News that officers from Sussex Police along with members of the Coastguard were seen at the scene.
