Girl Followed and Harassed in Chichester

Authorities issue plea for information as they investigate suspicious behavior towards a teenager in Broyle Road.

Police in Chichester are urging the public to come forward with any information regarding an unsettling incident involving a 17-year-old girl who reported being followed by a man. The incident occurred on March 6th around 3:30 pm in Broyle Road, where the girl was approached and followed by a man driving a white Mercedes Sprinter van. The van reappeared later on the same road.

Further, on March 9th at approximately 12:10 pm, the girl encountered the same man in Broyle Road, who proceeded to make harassing comments towards her. The suspect is described as a black man in his late 20s to early 30s.

Anyone with relevant information is urged to report online or contact authorities at 101, quoting reference number 889 of March 13th
