Police are urging individuals who may have witnessed an incident involving a man exhibiting indecent exposure to a minor in Worthing to come forward.
The unsettling event unfolded on Saturday, 14th October, at approximately 12:30pm along Chandos Road.
The individual in question is characterized by his short grey hair and grey beard. At the time, he was clad in a white jacket atop a grey jumper, paired with grey tracksuit pants, and was carrying a blue plastic shopping bag.
