Marseille Europa League assault: Sussex Police release image of suspect

Sussex Police are currently investigating a reported assault involving a supporter of Brighton and Hove Albion Football Club. Officers have released an image of an individual they are seeking to identify in connection with this incident.

This matter pertains to an occurrence that took place within the away section of the stadium during the Europa League match in Marseille on October 5th.

PC Darren Balkham, the Dedicated Football Officer for Sussex Police, expressed his interest in locating the individual involved in this incident and strongly encourages the individual in question or anyone with knowledge about him to come forward.

Anyone who recognises the man, or anyone with information is asked to report it on the Sussex Police website, or call 101, and quote serial 536 of October 13
