Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in A259 Collision

Police are seeking witnesses and information following a collision between a car and a motorcycle on the A259 near Hooe.

The incident occurred just before 8:30 am on Wednesday, November 29.

The motorcyclist was seriously injured and is currently in a serious but stable condition at the Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton.

The car driver was unharmed.

Traffic was blocked in both directions from Little Common to Pevensey, and drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes.

Authorities are requesting that anyone with information, especially dashcam footage, contact Sussex Police at collision.appeal@sussex.police.uk, referencing Operation Murray.
