Pensioner Robbed in Broad Daylight in Brighton

Police are appealing for the public’s help to identify a man in connection with a robbery on Upper North Street, Brighton, on 27 June. The incident occurred between 1.45pm and 2pm, when a 73-year-old man was pushed from behind and had his watch stolen from his wrist. Fortunately, the victim did not suffer any serious injuries.

The suspect, described as a man in his early 20s, approximately 5′ 11″ tall and of slim build, fled the scene in the direction of Marlborough Street. Officers believe the person pictured in the images released could have valuable information that might assist with the ongoing investigation.

Police are urging anyone who recognises the individual or has any information to come forward. Those with information can contact the authorities online or by calling 101, quoting serial 1215 of 27/06.
