Rail Strikes Set to Disrupt Travel to and from Gatwick Airport

Passengers traveling to and from Gatwick Airport are set to face significant disruption due to upcoming rail strikes. On May 12th, no trains will be running to or from the airport, while there will be limited train services on May 13th. Moreover, the impact of the strikes is set to be felt on the days before and after the strike dates.

The strikes will significantly impact the Southern Rail network, which connects Gatwick Airport with major cities across the south of England. As a result, travelers are being advised to seek alternative modes of transportation or allow plenty of extra time for their journey.

While alternative transportation options such as buses, coaches, and taxis will be available, they are expected to be extremely busy during the strike period. Travelers are advised to pre-book their transportation in advance to avoid any last-minute delays or disappointments.
