REVIEW: Guy Sunshine: Eastbourne’s Feel-Good Entertainer

Local legend delivers golden hits, original songs, and pure charisma

Bringing Sunshine to Eastbourne – One Song at a Time

If you live in Eastbourne and haven’t seen Guy Sunshine perform yet – it’s time to get out more! This talented local singer is a resident performer on Eastbourne Pier, and trust us, he’s well worth a watch.

YouTube video

This past Sunday, the weather wasn’t on his side – a bit too windy to perform outside – but that didn’t stop Guy from putting on an uplifting show. Throughout the summer season, he’ll be performing outdoors on the pier (weather permitting), and he’s not to be missed.

Guy truly lives up to his name – he brings sunshine to your day. His setlist is a lively blend of classics and modern hits, covering everything from The Pet Shop Boys and Robbie Williams to Neil Diamond, alongside a selection of his own original songs written over the last thirty years.

But Guy’s talent doesn’t stop at the pier – he also performs regularly in care homes, brightening the lives of residents with his feel-good music and charm. With over 50 songs available on iTunes, Spotify, and Amazon, there’s no shortage of ways to enjoy his music.

Having evolved from original music into successful cover bands and now a thriving solo and duo act, Guy Sunshine is a true professional. His ability to connect with the crowd, make people laugh, and fill the air with joy makes him a must-see.

Whether you’re after a feel-good Sunday on the pier or looking to book top-notch entertainment for your own event, check his website for upcoming dates – but be quick! This man gets booked fast.

My rating: 5/5 for pure entertainment.
I’ll be seeing him again for sure this summer – and so should you.
