Police are seeking assistance following a significant traffic accident on Hawkhurst Road, Flimwell, on the evening of Thursday, November 16.
The incident, which took place around 6pm, is currently under investigation to determine its cause.
To facilitate this investigative work, a section of the road extending half a mile east from the junction with the A21 will be closed overnight and into Friday, November 17.
Motorists are advised to avoid this area.
Witnesses or individuals with dashcam footage are encouraged to come forward and contact the police either online or by calling 101, referencing Operation Colchester.
