Surrey Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the tragic death of 10-year-old Sara Sharif. The investigation was launched after Sara’s lifeless body was discovered at her residence on Hammond Road in Woking on August 10, 2023.
On the evening of September 13, around 7:45 pm, authorities took action at Gatwick Airport. Two men, aged 41 and 28, along with a 29-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of murder shortly after disembarking from a flight originating in Dubai. The trio is now in police custody and will be subjected to intensive questioning as part of the ongoing investigation.
Sara Sharif’s mother has been informed of these latest developments and is receiving support from specialized officers.
Surrey Police have stated that, given the ongoing nature of the investigation, they will not be offering any further comments at this time
