Authorities are seeking public assistance after two cats were reportedly injured, suspected to have been shot with an air rifle, in Sompting.
The first cat was discovered with a pellet lodged in its leg on Monday, October 9, and the second was found with a pellet in its lung the following Sunday, October 15. Both are presently on the mend.
These concerning events occurred in The Lawns area of Sompting and are presumed to be connected.
