VIDEO: Crawley Phone Shop Targeted in Bold Robbery

incident at The Martlets Involves Two Men Forcing Entry and Stealing High-Value Goods

Police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery at the O2 phone shop in The Martlets, Crawley. The incident occurred around 11:50 AM on June 26, involving two men who forced their way into the stock room past a staff member and stole approximately £50,000 worth of goods.

Images of the two suspects have been released by the police, who are seeking to identify them in connection with the incident.

CID Supervisor Oli Robinson commented on the case: “We understand the men have their faces partially covered in the images, but we are appealing to those who may have seen the men that day, or recognise them from their local community. This was a brazen robbery committed in the middle of the day with other customers in the shop at the time. CCTV shows that the suspects were in the area of The Martlets for some time before the robbery, and we believe they have been in the store on prior occasions.”

Anyone who recognises the suspects or has any information is urged to call 101 quoting serial 612 of 26/06. The investigation is ongoing, and police are determined to bring the perpetrators to justice.
