The procession began at Legends bar on Marine Parade, a significant location in Sutton’s life as a performer. The atmosphere was both somber and celebratory, reflecting the impact Miss Jason had on the local community and beyond.

The service, held at St Mary’s Church, lasted for over an hour and was led by Father Anthony Moore, the vicar of Rottingdean. Friends, family, and fans gathered to share some of their favorite memories of Sutton, painting a vivid picture of a life filled with humor, compassion, and vibrant performances.

Jason Sutton and his partner, Terry, were well-known residents of the village of Rottingdean. Their love and commitment to each other were evident in the tributes shared by those who knew them best.

As the city bid farewell to one of its most cherished entertainers, the legacy of Miss Jason’s larger-than-life persona and the joy he brought to countless lives will undoubtedly endure.
