Young boy missing from Brighton Beach found safe after 2-hour search

After nearly two hours of being missing on Brighton Beach, a young boy of around six years old has been found. The incident occurred on Saturday, April 8, when the child disappeared from the beach at around 2:30 pm.

A significant number of police cars and officers were immediately deployed to the coastal area in search of the missing boy.

In response to the report of a missing child, a spokesperson for Sussex Police said, “Sussex Police were alerted to a missing boy at Brighton seafront at approximately 2 pm on Saturday, April 8. We are pleased to report that following a thorough search, the boy was safely located in Brighton shortly after 4:30 pm.”
