Young Boys Threatened with Knife in Hastings

Police are seeking witnesses and information after an altercation involving two young boys and a larger group of youths in Hastings. The confrontation occurred in an alleyway between Station Approach and Cornwallis Terrace, just before 5:30 pm on November 22.

Both victims, under 16 years of age, were confronted by the larger group, with one individual brandishing a knife and making threats. Additionally, one of the boys was assaulted during the incident.

Investigations are underway, and officers are urging witnesses or anyone with relevant information to come forward. The police are particularly interested in individuals who might have seen the incident or possess any footage of the group involved.

Residents with CCTV in nearby areas such as Braybrooke Terrace, Cornwallis Gardens, Cornwallis Terrace, and Cambridge Gardens are also encouraged to provide any relevant footage. People with information can report it to Sussex Police online or call 101, citing the reference number 1079 of 22/11.
