At approximately 10 PM on the evening of Monday, September 25th, East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) responded to a residential property fire on Downs Terrace in Brighton.

Alongside them, officers from Brighton and Hove Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) were also on the scene.
