Police are investigating an incident where a bus driver was threatened and verbally abused by a passenger on Thursday, 23 March. Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a man believed to be involved in the incident.
The targeted driver was operating the number 100 bus, which runs from Crawley Bus Station. The incident took place between approximately 1:10 pm and 1:20 pm on the aforementioned date.
The suspect has been described as a white male, standing around 5’8″ tall and believed to be between 29 and 35 years of age. He has short, dark brown hair and was last seen wearing a black jumper, a black body warmer, black tracksuit bottoms, and trainers. The man was accompanied by a woman and a black and white dog.
Police are urging anyone who recognises the individual or has any information that could aid in the ongoing investigation to contact them either online or via their non-emergency number, 101 using the reference serial 440 of 26/03.
