Edenbridge, Kent – May 28, 2025
Fire crews were called to a significant blaze at a property in Colestock Road, Cowden, Edenbridge, shortly after midnight.
At 12:20am, East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) deployed four fire appliances and a water carrier to the scene.
Residents were quickly advised to avoid the area and to keep all windows and doors closed due to the smoke.
By 2:00am, firefighters remained on site tackling the fire, using five jets, three hose reels, and one light portable pump to bring the flames under control.
The cause of the fire is not yet known, and there are currently no reports of injuries.
