Police appeal after girl left with injuries in Littlehampton attack

Sussex Police are urgently appealing for witnesses following a disturbing assault on a teenage girl in Littlehampton. The incident occurred on Worthing Road at approximately 8pm on the 10th of September.

The victim, was approached by three young men who were not previously known to her. Following the encounter, the girl was attacked and subsequently left with injuries.

The suspects are all described as teenagers dressed in dark tracksuits. Distinctively, one of the individuals is reported to have ginger hair, while the other two are described as blond.

A spokesperson for Sussex Police urged anyone with information to come forward: “If you have any information, or any relevant footage, please report it online or call 101 quoting serial 510 of 10/09.”

The appeal extends to anyone who may have been in the vicinity at the time of the assault or who may have seen anything suspicious.
