VIDEO: ‘You Can’t Park There!’ Taxi Driver’s Chill Reaction

Saltdean Residents Shocked by Taxi Driver’s Relaxed Response to Disaster

Residents of Saltdean were left stunned after a taxi took an unexpected detour—straight down a flight of steps near the cliffside. The bizarre incident, which could have ended in disaster, saw the vehicle narrowly miss crashing into a residential property before coming to a precarious halt.

Eyewitnesses described the moment of disbelief as they saw the taxi perched awkwardly on the steps, its headlights beaming into the night. “I couldn’t believe my eyes,” said one local resident. “The driver seemed incredibly calm considering the situation. It was like he had just parked in an unusual spot rather than driven down a pedestrian pathway.”

Emergency services were called to the scene, and police assisted in recovering the vehicle. Thankfully, no one was injured, and the driver avoided what could have been a catastrophic fall off the nearby cliffs.

Police have not yet confirmed whether any action will be taken against the driver
