Customers Shocked as Car Plows Into Popular Southgate Barbershop

A barbershop in Southgate, Chichester, experienced a shocking incident on Thursday, February 1st, when a car crashed into the front of the building during a haircut. The unexpected collision at 1st Class Barbers startled staff and customers alike.

The driver of the vehicle is believed to have been a learner driver, though the exact circumstances leading to the crash remain unclear. Emergency services, including West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service (WSFRS), quickly arrived at the scene to assess structural damage and ensure the building was safe before the vehicle was recovered.

As a result of the accident, essential repairs must be completed before 1st Class Barbers can reopen. While no injuries have been reported, the incident has caused significant disruption to the business.
