The gloves are set to fly once again at Brighton’s iconic Grand Hotel as Stingwray Boxing brings its next major showcase, The Grand Thriller, to the south coast on Saturday, 25 October 2025.

Following the huge success of The Grand Awakening earlier this year, Stingwray Boxing has quickly built a reputation for delivering high-quality local fight nights that combine professional-level production with the spirit of grassroots boxing.

A Night of Talent and Determination

Doors open from 4:00 pm, with the first bell expected around 5:00 pm, as dozens of fighters step through the ropes for an evening of fast-paced, high-stakes action.

The event will feature a packed card of title fights, grudge bouts, and debut match-ups, showcasing talent from across Sussex and beyond. Fighters will be looking to make a name for themselves in front of a lively Brighton crowd and a panel of experienced judges.

Promoters say this event will raise the bar even higher after May’s sold-out show. Fans can expect professional lighting, music, and ring production — all within the grandeur of one of Brighton’s most historic seafront venues.

Community Boxing on the Rise

Stingwray Boxing, which has become a cornerstone of the Brighton fight scene, continues to give a platform to boxers at all stages — from first-time competitors to those chasing regional titles.

The events have not only entertained crowds but also inspired a surge of new members joining local gyms and clubs. Organisers have described the nights as “a celebration of commitment, community, and courage — both inside and outside the ring.”

Previous shows saw standout performances including Oscar Noakes, Aaron Booth, and Ryan Ballard, all of whom have helped put Brighton’s boxing scene on the map.
