Police were called to a disturbance outside Churchill Square shopping centre in Brighton on Saturday afternoon.
Officers attended the scene at around 3pm on December 13, following reports of a disorder involving a man outside the busy shopping complex.

Video shown to Sussex News / ImJustBrighton shows how several members of the public stepped in as officers dealt with the situation, with one onlooker notably dressed in a Santa outfit among those who attempted to help.
A man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault, assaulting an emergency worker, threatening or abusive behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, and being drunk and disorderly.
Sussex Police confirmed that enquiries are ongoing and officers are now appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage, to get in touch.
