Police are appealing for information following a collision involving a van and a pedestrian near Brighton Station.
The incident happened in Terminus Road, close to the junction with Guildford Road, between 9am and 9.30am on Thursday 12 December.
An 18-year-old man was injured in the collision and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital for treatment. His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances and are particularly keen to trace the driver of a white van with purple signwriting, which is believed to have been involved.
Police are also asking for witnesses, or anyone who may have CCTV, dashcam or mobile phone footage from the area at the time, to come forward.
