A man has been arrested following a robbery at a shop in Hastings.
Police were called shortly after midday on Saturday, 1 November, after a man reportedly entered a store on Queens Road with a knife and stole cash from the till.
Officers quickly responded and, following local enquiries, arrested a 26-year-old man from St Leonards around 40 minutes later. He was taken into custody on suspicion of robbery.
Investigations are ongoing, and police are reviewing CCTV and speaking with witnesses. Anyone with information or footage is urged to contact Sussex Police online or call 101, quoting reference 642 of 01/11.
