A man has been arrested and charged with murder after a collision in Hailsham on Saturday, 18th November. The incident occurred around 11pm on Diplocks Walk, where 24-year-old Jack Field from Hailsham was tragically declared dead at the site. Another individual sustained minor injuries.
The accused, 26-year-old Kyle Dumble, who does not have a permanent address, faces charges of murder, attempted grievous bodily harm with intent, driving while disqualified, and operating a vehicle without insurance. Dumble is currently in custody and is scheduled to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on 23rd November.
Additionally, a 32-year-old man was apprehended on suspicion of murder but has since been released on bail under strict conditions.
