Officers from Sussex Roads Police are looking to correctly identify the driver of a vehicle following a collision near Uckfield.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision on Eastbourne Road at about 5.50 pm on Tuesday, November 3.

A police spokesperson said “A car was hit from behind by a green Volkswagen Passat, which checks confirmed was uninsured.

“Initial enquiries have been completed, and now a new image is being released in the hope that identity of the driver will be disclosed.”
