Sussex Police are appealing for help to locate a wanted former prisoner believed to be in the Eastbourne area.
Officers are searching for 33-year-old Mojtaba Abedi, who is wanted on recall to prison after breaching the conditions of his licence following release.
Police say Abedi has links to Eastbourne and may still be in the local area. Enquiries are ongoing to trace his whereabouts.
Members of the public are advised not to approach him. Anyone who sees Abedi, or has information about where he may be, is urged to contact police immediately by calling 999, quoting reference 47250257064.
Sussex Police say locating offenders who breach licence conditions is an important part of protecting the public and maintaining community safety.
