A resident in Stapley road Hove found there car ransacked.
The Dummy had no idea the car owner had a dash cam that was filming his face and captured him sometime between 1 and 5am on the 1st of September (Dash cam clock incorrect)
He stole from inside the car, a R2D2 wallet with £100 in and an a PHONE (S8)
If anyone knows this thief then please drop us message we will pass on the information as the owner really would like his items back,
