Brighton & Hove Pride is stepping into a bold new era this August as the annual Pride Street Party relocates to Marine Parade for an exciting, reimagined celebration filled with colour, music, and community spirit.

Taking place across the weekend of Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd August 2025, this year’s festivities promise more sparkle than ever before. Organisers are collaborating closely with beloved local LGBTQ+ venues to create an elevated Pride experience, ensuring two days packed with entertainment, inclusivity, and unforgettable moments.
The new Marine Parade setup will host a variety of dynamic zones and stages, including a showstopping drag stage, music areas, community hubs, and a wide selection of bars and food outlets. A brand-new stage in New Steine Gardens will feature live performances, community showcases, and headline entertainment across both days.
Clubbers can rejoice as the ever-popular dance zone returns, hosted by nightlife powerhouses Revenge and Charles Street. For those seeking sunny party vibes, Patterns will bring an outdoor Ibiza terrace-style dancefloor with daytime beats and plenty of energy.
A major addition this year is the brand-new Street Party Stage, curated by the Queens Arms in collaboration with Brighton’s favourite cabaret venues. Expect a high-energy lineup of local drag royalty, cabaret stars, and surprise headline performances, all culminating in a spectacular Sunday night finale designed to unite the community in celebration.
Meanwhile, Centre Stage and Marine Tavern will launch an all-new outdoor stage, promising non-stop fun with camp classics and diverse live talent throughout the weekend. The Camelford Arms is also joining the evolution by hosting a special bear-friendly DJ bar on New Steine Gardens, delivering relaxed, feel-good tunes and cool vibes.
While St James’ Street will no longer serve as an official entertainment area, local businesses there will stay open for Pride weekend, welcoming visitors and continuing to play a vital role in the celebration.
This new format reflects Pride’s commitment to safety, sustainability, and support for LGBTQ+ venues that serve the community year-round. Organisers say the changes ensure Brighton Pride remains one of the UK’s leading LGBTQ+ celebrations while adapting for the future.
