Crowborough, East Sussex — Police are appealing for help identifying a man involved in two attempted car break-ins in Crowborough on Sunday, April 13, around 8:30 a.m.
The suspect, described as having facial hair, wearing a white hoodie, and carrying a white bag, was first seen trying to enter a vehicle at a home on Crowborough Hill. He was interrupted by the owner and fled the scene.
Soon after, he was spotted at a property on Green Lane attempting another break-in and searching through bins.
