Police are investigating a collision on the A22 at Whitesmith on Friday (June 10) in which a motorcycle rider suffered life-threatening injuries.
Emergency services were called to the A22 shortly after 4.40pm to reports of a collision between a black Honda motorcycle and a black Kia Rio car.
The motorcycle rider – a 25-year-old man from Eastbourne – was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Officers would like to speak to anybody who witnessed the incident, the circumstances leading up to it or has any relevant dash cam footage.
