They are recommending shareholders accept a bid from the Kelsian Group
The Kelsian Group is Australia’s largest land and marine transport service provider and tourism operator, with established operations in London and Singapore.
They say on their website “Our purpose is to be a world leader in delivering essential journeys through safe and intelligent transport solutions and create brilliant customer experiences.”
