This afternoon both Churchill square car parks are at capacity as shoppers flock to Brighton to complete their Christmas shopping. Drivers were seen queuing down to the seafront to access the car parks. Also, this afternoon 100s took part in the Brighton Santa Dash 2022 – Read here.
