Sussex Police have arrested five people following a violent altercation at Bognor Regis Retail Park on Shripney Road on the evening of 22 September. The disturbance, which reportedly involved weapons, prompted a swift police response and a public appeal for information.
The incident occurred at around 7:00 pm when members of the public reported a fight involving multiple individuals. Officers arrived to find the scene partially cleared, triggering a search operation that included support from Hampshire Constabulary. A suspicious vehicle was later located on London Road, Bognor.
Authorities arrested a total of five suspects: a 19-year-old woman and four males aged 14, 16, 17, and 19. They remain in custody on suspicion of affray and possession of an offensive weapon as investigations continue.
