Sussex Police have issued a fresh appeal for information after a teenager was assaulted in Hove earlier this year.
The incident happened on Sunday, May 4, at around 8.20pm, when a woman entered a shop in Hangleton Road. In what officers believe was an unprovoked attack, she reportedly threatened staff before headbutting a 16-year-old boy.
The teenager suffered facial injuries in the assault.
The suspect is described as having brown hair and was dressed entirely in black at the time.
As part of ongoing enquiries, police have released new CCTV images of a woman they wish to identify. Officers are urging anyone who recognises her to come forward.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said: “We are keen to speak with this woman as part of our investigation. If you recognise her, or have any information that could assist, please get in touch.”
