Police Arrest 16-Year-Old Girl in Connection with Hove School Fire

A 16-year-old girl was taken into custody under suspicion of arson related to a fire at Blatchington Mill School in Hove. The incident, which occurred yesterday evening, prompted a coordinated response from both the police and fire service teams who arrived at the scene around 6pm.

Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries from the fire. An investigation was initiated by the police in collaboration with the fire service. This led to the arrest of the young girl from Hove, suspected of arson with an intent to endanger life. She is currently being held in custody.
