Worthing Man and Findon Woman Detained in Drug Raid

Two individuals were detained after a drug-related search operation in Worthing.

On January 14th, law enforcement officers carried out a search under the Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act at an apartment on Oxford Road, Worthing.

A significant amount of Class A narcotics was discovered and confiscated, along with a substantial sum of money.

A Worthing man, aged 40, and a 19-year-old woman from Findon were apprehended on charges of intending to distribute a Class A substance, possessing a Class B substance, and having a weapon in a private setting.

Following their arrest, both individuals have been released on bail as the investigation continues.
