Protest in Brighton against Iranian regime

This postest is part of a series of protests held outside of Brighton’s Churchill Square shopping centre since the brutal killing of Mahsa Amini by Iranian security services while in custody for so-called “improper Hijab (Islamic headdress for women)”. In the wake of Amini’s killing, there have been mass protests in Iran against the oppressive regime with several others including protesters being murdered by the state.

The Iranian government insisted that Amini died from a heart attack, but reports indicate she died from a skull fracture due to heavy blows to the head.
