The suspect, identified as Sonny Breakspear, 34, of no fixed address, faces a litany of charges. These include driving a vehicle without the owner’s consent, dangerous driving, causing criminal damage to a police vehicle, driving without a licence, failing to stop, and driving without insurance.

Additionally, Breakspear is charged with criminal damage and assault occasioning actual bodily harm related to an incident on 8 December in Dorking, Surrey. He also faces charges of malicious communication for a separate incident that occurred on 15 December.

Breakspear is scheduled to appear before Guildford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 27 December.
