In a medical incident earlier today, emergency services were mobilised to a residential property in Peacehaven, located on Ashmore Close, just off Telscombe Road. The Southeast Coast Ambulance Service (SECamb) spearheaded the response, backed by the invaluable support of the East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service (ESFRS) and the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex Air Ambulance (KSS).
Sussex news sources have reported that the situation necessitated a medical evacuation from a residential property. The patient, whose identity and condition have not been disclosed, was transported by road to the Royal Sussex County Hospital (RSCH) in Brighton. Accompanying the patient were skilled medics from the KSS, ensuring continuous and expert medical care during the transport.

Adding to the urgency of the situation, the KSS Air Ambulance played a critical role. The helicopter landed nearby the incident site in Peacehaven, demonstrating the efficiency and readiness of the air ambulance services in emergency scenarios. After safely ensuring the patient’s transfer for road transport, the KSS Air Ambulance then flew to Brighton, where it awaited the return of its medical team.
Further details about the incident or the condition of the patient have not been released.
