Man Arrested After Knife Attack Outside Rye’s Queen’s Head Hotel

In the early hours of Saturday, Rother Police responded to a incident outside the Queen’s Head hotel in Rye. A report had been made concerning a man armed with a knife who had injured two individuals. Fortunately, their injuries were determined to be non-life threatening, and they were promptly transported to a local hospital for treatment.

Police apprehended a suspect on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. The arrested individual remains in custody while investigations continue into the incident.

Police have assured the public that there is no active search for any additional suspects related to the case.
