Saturday, July 9, 3.21am – Police received a call about two males acting suspiciously in Manor Hill, Brighton.
A Range Rover’s window had been smashed and items taken from inside.
Ten minutes later Brighton and Hove POlice had two people in custody on suspicion of theft from a vehicle, criminal damage, vehicle interference and possession of an offensive weapon.
